Defects are rare, but if they do occur within 90 days of purchase, please contact us to let us know of the problem.  Please include a brief explanation of the problem. Defects include loose stitching, holes, mis-sewn, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal 'wear and tear' and does not suffice for replacement purposes.
