- Free shipping is available for orders of $100 or more within the United States. Free shipping is not expedited and will be sent via USPS or FedEx.

- Shipping options include FedEx and USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- USPS orders placed before 11:00 AM Mountain time and FedEx orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain time will be shipped out the same business day.
- If you have purchased a product from our website and are not completely satisfied, please email email@example.com with the following information. Once we issue an RMA number, then you'll simply return your unused products in their original condition, including hang tags.

- Thirsties reserves the right to refuse refunds on any products that were not purchased directly from thirstiesbaby.com, have been used or washed, are soiled, or have odors that would make the product unsellable.
- Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 to 4 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please note it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thirsties is not responsible for return items that we do not receive. We recommend you use a carrier that offers tracking to verify and track the delivery of your package.

- Thirsties does not offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong product. You may follow the guidelines above to process a return and then place an order for the item(s) you would prefer.
- In the event that we sent you the wrong product, we apologize. We will promptly send you the correct product along with a prepaid return envelope for the product that we mis-shipped. If this is the case, please complete the form below to begin the exchange process.
