Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for orders of $50 or more within the United States. Free shipping is not expedited and will be sent via USPS or UPS.
  • To find a Thirsties retailer in your area, please visit our Retailer Locator.
  • Shipping times in the checkout are estimated times only; not guaranteed.
  • We do our best to ship our orders placed before 11:00 AM Mountain on the same business day.

Returns

  • We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we’re happy to accept returns for a refund within 45 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached

A Note on Shipping + Restocking:  As a small business, we strive to keep our prices fair for everyone. Because of this...

  • For Full Returns: If you return an entire order that originally qualified for free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Skip the Fee: If you’d prefer a Gift Card instead of a refund, we will happily waive that 15% restocking fee for you!
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a carrier with tracking, as we can only process refunds for items that safely arrive back at our warehouse.
  • The Nitty Gritty: Thirsties can only accept returns for items purchased directly from thirstiesbaby.com. To ensure everything stays hygienic for our community, we are unable to accept items that have been washed, used, soiled, or have lingering odors.
  • Fast Refunds:  Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 2 to 4 business days. (Just a heads up: your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit on your statement!)

      Exchanges

      • Thirsties does not offer exchanges if you ordered the wrong product. You may follow the guidelines above to process a return and then place an order for the item(s) you would prefer.
      • In the event that we sent you the wrong product, we apologize.  We will promptly send you the correct product along with a prepaid return envelope for the product that we mis-shipped.  Reach out to support@thirstiesbaby.com so we can make this right.
